Set the properties of the FC address book to *NOT* save internal addresses

It's a setting that gets stored in the user.db, so it is basically a local
setting. With the GW8 C1 snapins you can actually lock it down under the
C1 Groupwise Client option settings, under Environment/Address Book. But I
don't remember if that was an option with GW6.x, I don't think it was

I don't think so either.

I thought it was a registry setting. I've pushed registry settings out to
not save to the FCB before.

I originally thought it was as well, but then I could't see how it could
be administered from C1 if it was, also I couldn't find a matching setting
in the registry <g>

However, *this* time I actually found the right TID, TID 10084625, where
it points out that the registry settings will override the defaults in the
user.db :-)

Interesting. I'm trying to decide if that makes sense :)

Read the TID, I didn't explain it very well. Seems the client updates the
user.db from any registry keys if they are there, it seems that then the
reg keys are updated to match the user .db settings.

However, it doesn't seem to work quite that way with the GW8 client here.
Not much in the registry.
