Hello,
The sent folder was working just fine early morning, and then for no reason
the user got the c022 error.
We use the caching mode.
So we switch to on line mode, but the sent folder did not show any new
emails that had been sent.
I removed completed GW from his work station, reinstalled, and begin to
rebuild his cache - took a long time but it worked no errors.
Sad to say the send folder did not show any sent email and any new ones
either - I did not think it would since the online mode did not.
No one else is have this trouble.
What can I do to get this user's (President) snt box working again.
