Office 2007 fails to "save as" GW6.5.6 doc

Is it the actual machine or the GW account ?, what format is Office 2007
trying to save in - GW 6.x doesn't support the newer Office formats.

When you reinstalled the GW client, did you also use one of the GW
cleaning agents to clear all the GW registry settings ?. Sounds like
something may have got stuck in the registry somewhere

Check that odma32.dll is actually in windows\system32 directory, also
check where the 'Save/Checkout' directory is defined within the GW client.
Also, myabe just clean down the TEMP directory on that local machine
