GroupWise [Sent Items] Shows 1 In Red But Folder Is Empty

Hi All,
I am facing with a unusual issue with group wise client my Sent Items
Folder shows one item in red but when i select the Sent Items Folder its
actually empty hence wanted to know if any work around available to
resolve this issue. I have already tried the following options but the
issue remains the same.
- GroupWise has been re-installed and send test messages but still have
the issue.
- GroupWise client version upgraded to 7.0 & issue still persist
- Perform GroupWise Mailbox/library maintenance. Issue still persist
- Analyze/Fix Database boxes that are ticked are Structure, Contents
and Fix problem.
Attached is the screenshot of the issue for better understanding.
Its been more than 3 months now hence need advice from GroupWise
experts.

Tools/Find?

Try a Find for any unread items, item status does not contain read, that
may locate the errant item.

Alternatively try looking at the account through Webaccess
